By creating an account or using Substrack (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
Substrack connects to Gmail accounts you authorize and uses automated analysis to identify recurring subscriptions. Results are best-effort and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are informational and not financial advice.
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights (including Google's terms).
The Service relies on third parties (Google, an AI model provider, and an email provider). Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Substrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Service's output.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
